The top figure is the forecast temperature for the selected hour based on the scale below the figure (reds are hot and blues are cold). The bottom figure is the forecast rate of snowfall in cm/hour (blue), rainfall in mm/hour (green), or freezing rainfall in mm/hour (red).

The bottom figure also has a series of arrows of different lengths representing the forecast direction and speed of the wind for the selected hour. The length of the arrow gives the wind speed (a shorter arrow means a slower wind speed, and a long one means a faster wind speed). The length of the 30 km/hour arrow is shown below the picture.

Clicking on the "total accumulated precipitation over the day" bar gives the total forecasted precipitation for today and tomorrow. The units are in mm of rain or cm of snowfall.
